In the modern era, humanity creates advanced display technologies, imitating divine creation to fulfill our desires with greater realism. In 1931,Kuo Hsueh-Hu's Solitude at Kyoto's Nanzen-ji captured a silent, ethereal landscape of light and forest branches, using only ink and paper. This work seeks to abandon the obsession with representation, inviting viewers to quiet inner turmoil and sense the spark of creation as it takes form amid void and emptiness.
