The The "Flying Apsaras in Dunhuang" project aims to leverage modern technology by combining multi-user XR and immersive projection to recreate the unique artistic and cultural value of the Dunhuang Caves. Through this approach, participants can not only immerse themselves in the mural details of the Dunhuang Caves and view the thirteen restored statues on the central altar but also enjoy floating animations that explain mural elements, such as the Mount Wutai Map and the Lotus Sutra transformations. Additionally, they can interact with the Flying Apsaras AI Agent, achieving a blend of education, entertainment, and cultural promotion.
